01Choose the sales format first
A single pair, a three-pair bundle and a gift set need different packing instructions. Decide how many pairs belong in each retail unit and whether colours or sizes are mixed. Include how the product will be displayed, stored and shipped so packaging can be reviewed as part of the order.
02Separate design from required information
List brand graphics separately from product information such as composition, size, care instructions and identifiers. Requirements depend on the destination market, so the buyer should supply or confirm the wording needed for that market. Do not print unverified certification marks or product claims on an otherwise approved design.
03Approve a complete packed sample
Check label dimensions, fold direction, attachment method and whether artwork is readable once packed. Confirm the outer-carton assortment and item codes before dispatch. Packaging cost and lead time should appear in the quote, especially when printed materials require a separate production step.
Your project checklist
- Pairs per pack
- Label dimensions
- Product information

Add these details to your enquiry. Undecided items can be discussed before a final quotation.
