What is the minimum order?+
Orders start at 300 pairs per design and colourway. Share your size distribution with your brief so we can confirm the final specification.
How long does sampling take?+
Typically 2–7 days after design approval. Sample charges and courier arrangements are confirmed before proceeding.
What is the production lead time?+
Typically 14–30 days after sample approval. Exact timing depends on volume, construction and the production calendar. Shipping time is additional.
Can you use my own branding?+
That is the purpose of private label. Send your logo and references so we can review the appropriate branding and packaging approach for your design.
Do I need a finished design?+
No. Start with a sketch, reference or written idea. We can discuss the details required to prepare a clear production brief.
How do I receive a price?+
Use the project form with your sock style, material direction, quantity and packaging. We quote for your specification rather than publish an unconfirmed price.
Which certifications are available?+
Tell us which documents your buyer requires. We will confirm the available documentation and its scope for your proposed materials and product before an order is agreed.
