Move from your first idea to a clear quotation, approved sample and agreed production plan.
Include sock type, material direction, size distribution, colours and quantity per design. Add branding, packaging, destination and target delivery date. If a detail is undecided, say so explicitly. Comparing quotes is easier when they describe the same product and clearly state what is included.
The starting production minimum is 300 pairs per design and colour. Sampling is typically 2–7 days after design approval, with production typically 14–30 days after sample approval. Confirm the dates for your actual specification and order size. Freight time is additional and should be included in your launch planning.
Before production, align the approved sample, specification, quantity breakdown, packaging, price and delivery arrangements. Payment and shipping terms should be stated in your quotation or order agreement. A website enquiry is a request for discussion and does not itself place an order or reserve a production date.
