01Define the sellable unit
Decide whether the customer buys one pair or a set, and whether a set contains identical or mixed designs. Your order sheet should show the pairs per unit, units per carton and the size and colour of every variant. This reduces ambiguity between production quantities and the number of products in your store.
02Provide channel-specific instructions
If your warehouse or marketplace needs particular labels, item codes or carton markings, supply its current requirements with the brief. Confirm whether labels are applied to the product, retail pack or outer carton. Channel-specific services and formats must be reviewed and included in the quotation rather than assumed.
03Use the final sample for product content
Create your product photographs and descriptions from the approved sample and confirmed specification. Keep size information, composition and pack contents consistent across images, labels and listings. Illustrative concepts help development, but they should not replace photographs of the actual item when presenting a product for sale.
Your project checklist
- SKU and variants
- Pairs per unit
- Warehouse instructions
- Final sample photos
Add these details to your enquiry. Undecided items can be discussed before a final quotation.
